The Grand Prize Drawing for this raffle will be held on Saturday October 20th 2018 at location: Dirty Dogg Saloon- Scottsdale, AZ. The Charity reserves the right to conduct the drawing scheduled for that day at an earlier/later date after the final date of ticket sales. The drawing will be open to the public. The winner does not need to be present to win.
No more than 5000 tickets will be sold. The chances of winning are based on that number. If fewer tickets are sold, your chances of winning the Grand Prize improve. If fewer than 5000 tickets are sold, the Charity will still hold drawing on Saturday October 20th 2018 of the Motorcycle raffle. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions. The Winner assumes all fees, local, state and federal taxes (including but not limited to income taxes based on the value of the prize) which may be due when the Grand Prize is transferred to the winner. How to Purchase:
An individual can purchase as many tickets as he or she may wish, subject to availability. Tickets will be sold by Board Members, With A Twist Consulting LLC. (as hired by B4B) and online through a secure sight. Tickets cannot be purchased by email. No gaming machine or device will be employed in connection with the raffle or the sale of raffle tickets. No refunds are available except in the exclusive discretion of the Charity. The Charity assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines.
